1StopLegalAI is a legal information platform that provides:

  • AI-powered legal information chat based on publicly available U.S. government data
  • Document red flag analysis tools
  • Regulatory compliance checklists
  • Legal document templates
  • A marketplace connecting users with independent, licensed attorneys
  • USCIS case status tracking
  • Patent search tools
  • Legal guides and educational resources

3. NOT Legal Advice — Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: 1StopLegalAI is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this platform. 1StopLegalAI does not engage in the practice of law in any state or jurisdiction.

The unauthorized practice of law (UPL) is prohibited in every U.S. state. 1StopLegalAI does not give legal advice, represent users in legal proceedings, draft legal documents for a specific individual's legal matter, or engage in any activity that constitutes the practice of law.

All information provided through the Service is sourced from publicly available U.S. government databases (U.S. Code, CFR, Federal Register, regulations.gov) and is for educational and informational purposes only. 6. Lawyer Marketplace — Attorney Referral Disclaimer

The "Ask a Lawyer" feature connects users with independent, licensed attorneys. 1StopLegalAI:

  • Does NOT employ these attorneys
  • Does NOT guarantee the quality or outcome of legal services provided
  • Does NOT participate in the attorney-client relationship
  • Is NOT responsible for actions, advice, or omissions by attorneys
  • Does NOT endorse or recommend any specific attorney
  • Is NOT a licensed lawyer referral service in all jurisdictions

Attorney-client relationships are formed directly between you and the attorney you select. Attorneys on our platform maintain their own professional liability insurance and state bar membership. Attorney ratings and reviews are user-submitted and have not been independently verified. Lawyer referral services may be regulated in your state — contact your state bar association for a certified lawyer referral service if needed.

7. Attorney Subscriptions

Attorneys who subscribe to our platform agree to maintain active state bar membership, carry professional liability insurance, and comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by 1StopLegalAI. Legal content sourced from government databases is public domain. Templates and AI-generated content are provided under a limited license for your personal or business use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1STOPLEGALAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the information provided is complete, accurate, or current. Laws change frequently and may vary by jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except as provided in the Dispute Resolution section below.

11a. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, YOU AND 1STOPLEGALAI AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION rather than in court. This means you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in class actions.

  • Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures
  • You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@1stoplegalai.com within 30 days of first using the Service
  • Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in court
  • Claims must be brought individually — no class arbitrations permitted

Results not guaranteed: Nothing on this platform constitutes a promise or guarantee of any particular legal outcome. Past results described in any testimonials do not guarantee future results. FTC Disclosure: We do not pay for testimonials but attorneys may have paid subscription fees to be listed on the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
